The team has so far been to the Robofest World Championship three times and has gone against teams from 13 US States, Brazil, Canada, China, Columbia, Egypt, England, France, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Mexico, Singapore, and South Africa. At the 2016 Robofest Game World Championship the St. Pete Beach Lego Techs got a perfect score in each of the two rounds but the final winner came down to time and the team ended up getting fourth place at the Game World Championship! Also, at the 2016 Robofest Sumo World Championship the team ended up getting a second place trophy for time trial!
